    1. Baahubali Series

If you loved RRR and want something more of SS Rajamouli’s stuff(director of RRR) then you should look no further than his Magnum Ops Baahubali, the film that brought all India together, & inspired other filmmakers to think big.

Baahubali tells the story of Mahismati & its prince who gets separated form the kingdom and lives with tribal people who adopt him, he lives a normal life, until fate drags him back to his kingdom which is now ruled by a tyrant king, will our protagonist save his kingdom & know about his origins forms the rest of the story.

Baahubali is an action-packed epic film, with lots of drama, emotion, and action just like RRR. If you liked RRR then you should check out Baahubali.

    • KGF Series

KGF is an epic tale of a boy born in poverty, who looses his mother very early on, but before his mother dies she asks for a promise that, his son must become the most powerful person in this world. As the story progresses our hero starts working for a big criminal of Mumbai, making a name out for himself, until he gets a contract which drags him into the bloody KOLAR GOLD FIELDS, a hidden kingdom ruled by a tyrant ruler, whom he must kill to become the strongest.

Just like RRR, KGF is an epic saga of bravery, courage, drama,  and lots of action and emotions, honestly the film made me emotional while watching but at the same time gave me adrenaline high, just like RRR.

If you liked RRR look no more beyond KGF.

    • Salaar

Directed by the same filmmaker who made KGF, one of Salaar’s negative point is, after the initial 30 mins it gets bit dragging, but once the 2nd half begins, there is no turning back. & Don’t watch the English dubbed version, instead go for subtitles

Salaar tells the story of two best friends Deva & Vardha who live in Khansaar a city which is ruled by three pirate tribes & has its own laws & wars, after loosing his father in a battle our hero(Deva) is saved by his best friend, and moved by his compassion he promises that if “in future whenever he will need him he’ll be there as his weapon”

Separated by war, until 25 years later a new turmoil begins in Khansaar, and Deva returns to help him.

Salaar is an action packed, emotional drama film, just like RRR it has its own Adrenaline package that pump you up enough while watching the film.

    • Egga

Egga is a fantasy adventure film from the same filmmaker that brought you RRR, Egga is the story of a two lovers Nani & Bindu who becomes the target of a rich businessman and decides the kill Bindu’s boyfriend, later Nani reincarnates as a fly to take revenge from the villain and to protect her lover.

Its an entertaining fantasy adventure film, story of a fly taking revenge, a very imaginative take on fantasy films. You can easily enjoy this film if you are new to Indian Cinema.

    • Rangasthalam

Rangasthalam, popularly known for actor Ram Charan’s terrific performance(RRR actor) is a period drama action film, that depicts the dramatic conflict between farmers and landowners.

Rangasthalam is probably Ram Charan’s best film, it has drama, politics,  really well-choreographed action, some good music and an exploration of the caste system during that era in India. It’s a really good drama action film that you should give a try.

    6. Andhahdun

Now if I have thrown enough epic large-scale movies at you then you should check out some small-scale yet really interesting Indian movies that might excite you.

Andhadhun, tells the story of a piano player who acts as a blind so that he can play his craft well and also could add a bit of voyeurism to his performance, but his life turns upside down when he witnesses a murder, will he be able to escape or what his fate will be? This movie has lots of twists and turns, honestly, it put me on my edge when I watched it, it’s really hard to predict what the next move or next scene might be. And personally, this movie reminded me of the Coen brothers movies. Andhadhu is a brilliant thriller film that you just can’t miss.

    • Sardar Udham Singh

Probably one of India’s finest film in recent years, Sardar Udham Singh tries to explore the pain of Jaliawala Bagh Massacre incident that happened during British colonial era in India, which was ordered by General Dyer. The film tries to tell the story of Udham Singh a survivor who then tries to hunt down dyer and get justice for all the innocent lives that were lost on that day. Sardar Udham Singh is an emotional film, that depicts the pain of all the Indians who went through the horrific massacre. Its simply a brilliant film that should be on your watchlist, if you are into Indian films.
